Sri Rama Navami is one of the most auspicious festivals in Telangana, celebrated with great devotion across Khammam. Hemanand Charitable Trust was honored to participate in the grand celebrations at the Cheruvu Bazar Hanuman Temple in 2026.

As part of our community outreach, we distributed Panakam — a traditional drink made of jaggery, water, cardamom, and dry ginger — to thousands of devotees who visited the temple during the festival. Panakam is not just a drink; it is a symbol of care and spiritual nourishment deeply rooted in our culture.

The initiative saw participation from hundreds of volunteers and trust members who worked tirelessly to ensure every devotee received refreshments. The response from the community was overwhelming, with elders and children alike expressing heartfelt gratitude.

This event reaffirms our commitment to being an active part of Khammam's cultural and social fabric, supporting both spiritual and practical needs of our people.
