A Simple Blanket Can Make a World of Difference
The monsoon season is a blessing for nature, but for thousands of underprivileged families, homeless individuals, and daily wage workers, it also brings days of damp weather, cold nights, and difficult living conditions.
Continuous rain, wet clothing, and inadequate shelter make it challenging for many people to stay warm and healthy. Recognizing this need, Hemanand Charitable Trust organized a Blanket Distribution Drive during the 2026 Monsoon Season to support those who need it the most.
Our goal was simple—to provide warmth, comfort, and hope through a small act of kindness.
Standing With the Community During the Rainy Season
For many families living on streets, at bus stations, near construction sites, or in temporary shelters, the rainy season means sleepless nights on wet surfaces and exposure to cold, moisture, and illness.
A blanket is more than a piece of fabric.
It offers:

Our Monsoon Blanket Distribution Initiative
