Voluntary Nature

Non-Refundable Policy

All donations are strictly non-refundable except in cases of duplicate transactions due to technical malfunction or verified gateway errors. Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 working days.

PAN Requirement and Tax Compliance

In compliance with Indian Income Tax laws, donors must provide valid PAN details for issuance of tax receipts. False information may result in refusal of receipt issuance.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website, including photographs of children and volunteers in Khammam, Telangana, logos, graphics, and impact reports, is the exclusive intellectual property of Hemanand Charitable Trust.

Restricted Use: You may not copy, reproduce, or use photographs of minors for promotional or marketing purposes without explicit written permission.
